By signing this pledge, we recognise the value that serving personnel, reservists, veterans, and military families bring to our business and our country. Our commitment includes supporting employment opportunities for Service Leavers, Veterans, and military spouses, offering flexibility for Reservists, and promoting initiatives for Service families and children. We also pledge to honour national events such as Armed Forces Day and Remembrance and support Armed Forces charities.
